At Roter Stier, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Please review our warranty policy below:
 
1. Warranty Period
1.1 This warranty applies to all steering wheels purchased from Roter Stier or authorized retailers. The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original sales receipt.
 
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. 
2.2 It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or any other conditions beyond normal wear and tear. Any alterations or modifications to the wheel will void the warranty
2.3 In no event shall Roter Stier be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
 
3. Warranty Claim
3.1 If you believe your product is experiencing an issue covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team at sales@dlbww.com to initiate the warranty claim process. We will request proof of purchase and additional details about the issue you are experiencing.
 
4. Manufacturer's Responsibility for Shipping (First 30 Days)
4.1 For the first 30 days from the date of purchase, if your product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, the manufacturer will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
 
5. Customer's Responsibility for Shipping (After 30 Days)
5.1 After the initial 30 days from the date of purchase, if your product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our designated service center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the product.

 
6. Warranty Service
6.1 Once your product is received at our designated service center, our technicians will assess the issue and perform the necessary repairs or replacement. If a replacement is provided, it will be of similar or better quality and functionality than the original product.
 
7. Voiding of Warranty
7.1 Any unauthorized repairs or modifications performed on the product will void the warranty.
 
8. Policy Modifications 
8.1 Roter Stier reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
